- Fix Justfile duplicate 'check' recipes (now check-env and dry-run)
- Expand Atuin config: skim search mode, directory filtering, workspace awareness, and history filter for sensitive commands
- Add git aliases (co, br, ci, st, lg, etc.) and enable rerere, zdiff3 merge conflicts, and histogram diff algorithm
- Remove unused terminal configs (iTerm2 and Ghostty) - Wezterm is primary
- Create shared shell config (.config/shell/common.sh) for POSIX-compatible settings (PATH, cargo, go, atuin bin) used by both bash and zsh
- Move git-scrub alias to .gitconfig as 'git scrub'
