I've successfully added a new "Cool Ocean" theme to the Angular application with refreshing blue-green tones.

What Was Added

Cool Ocean Theme (cool-ocean):

• Primary: Blue (blue-500)
• Secondary: Teal (teal-500)
• Accent: Cyan (cyan-400)
• Background: Light blue (blue-50)
• Gradients: Ocean-inspired blue-teal-cyan transitions

The new theme follows the exact same structure as existing themes and integrates seamlessly with the current theming system. Users can now select it from the theme dropdown in the top-right corner.

Changes Made

• Modified src/app/services/theme.service.ts to add the new theme definition
• Followed existing patterns for colors, gradients, and naming conventions
• Maintained consistency with Tailwind CSS class structure
