This is a code markup cleanup release.

This means I plan to go back and re-design many of the core components in the future.

This release is stable (more so than 0.1.2). It includes a default fluid style as well as the option to manually select a fixed or fluid style per page.

The blog has been updated to include a sidebar. I expect that this may not scale perfectly for mobile yet.

Exciting news! You can choose your page style do be "fixed" ore "fluid" by defining the aforementioned styles on each page.

Default is now the fluid style.
