How to set upstream as a fallback #1194

Just set the weight to zero in the upstream list and it will become the fallback upstream. |

Ah, the arrows increase or decrease the weight. I thought they were for changing the order. Thank you. |

I see information about setting upstream as a fallback (set to 0), but I can’t find any option to actually enable or configure the fallback setting. Could you clarify how to set it as a fallback?
