Version 1.4

This version incorporates the bugfix/hotfix changes from 1.3.1. It also improves status feedback for me by adding event tracing to the status report, so I can see what's been happening. It puts debugging links right on the configuration page, so it's easier to tell people what to do when things go unexpectedly. It contains an additional check for CommFailure with the temp sensor. Moves the buttons and temperature on the control panel UI a bit to get a cleaner appearance. And finally it tracks Vera's broken separate state variables for heating/cooling setpoint more closely to our versions, for the benefit of outside apps looking at this device.
