Draft PR for an updated release

  • Adds new TokenboundClient class implementation, pass walletClient or signer as param + chainId
  • Deprecates direct calls to Ethers + Viem implementations + marks them for internal use
  • Updates Viem / Wagmi / ConnectKit to newest releases
  • Defaults to Viem, with optional contract calls via signer
  • Adds example Vite apps for both signer (Ethers versions 5+6) and walletClient implementations
  • Adds viem implementations of computeAccount() + getCreationCode()
  • More robust test coverage
  • Misc housekeeping
