Will the OpenAPI support be modular?

It looks like that OpenAPI support is planned, but when it is implemented would it be possible to use it outside of topcoat?

First-class OpenAPI support is something that many Axum users has been asking for years, so it'd be nice if this project could solve it.

I know there are third-party libraries for this, but having it be supported by the official tokio ecosystem would be a game-changer IMO.

I don't have a concrete vision, but I'm basically imagining a library that you can use alongside axum without necessarily using the rest of topcoat's functionalities.
