Silk was developed to provide a free, functional solution for players wanting advanced client features. At the time, there were very few good free Minecraft clients, so we created Silk to fill that gap.

Make sure you have Gradle and JDK 21 installed.

Clone the repository:
git clone https://github.com/tomlovesida/Silkcc.git

Cd into silkcc

./gradlew build # Builds the client ./gradlew runClient # Runs the client
Or you can use the Gradle UI icon in IntelliJ/VSCode if preferred.
