Flight Path Viewer
Land, pull the SD card, drop the log onto the page, and there's your whole flight as a 3D map you can spin, tilt and zoom. 🕹️ Terrain, satellite imagery, an attitude model that flies your recorded roll/pitch/yaw, a scrubbing timeline, and all the numbers pulled out automatically.
The important part: it all happens in your browser. 🔒 Your log is never uploaded anywhere — there's no server to send it to. Close the tab and it's gone.
Two kinds of log:
- 📄 EdgeTX / OpenTX telemetry log — the
.csvthe radio writes to the SD card. Needs GPS in the log. - 🪵 Raw INAV / Betaflight blackbox —
.txt,.bblor.bflstraight off the flight controller. This one's richer: on top of the usual stuff you get airspeed, wind, G-force, HDOP, baro temperature and more. Missing channels just grey themselves out, so you're never staring at empty fields.
Drag it onto the box or hit Choose file 📎. Big logs take a few seconds — there's a spinner. ⏳
- 🌍 3D map — drag to rotate, scroll to zoom. The path is coloured by whatever metric you pick (altitude, speed, whatever).
- 🛩️ Attitude model — a little aircraft that banks and pitches exactly like you did, synced to the timeline.
- 📊 Metrics — altitude, speed, climb rate, distance, battery, link, plus the blackbox extras when they're there.
- ⏱️ Timeline — scrub back and forth, and toggle extra curves on and off to keep it readable.
- 🆕 New file button up top when you want to load another one.
- 🛰️ GPS is required. No GPS in the log, no map — there's nothing to plot.
- 🎈 Path starts up in the air? That's the log starting before GPS altitude settled, or an MSL-vs-ground offset. Totally normal — more on that in the FAQ.
- 🪵 Betaflight logs mostly work, but one rare encoding isn't decoded — if a BF log won't open, that's usually why, and it'll tell you instead of failing silently.
- 🐢 Really long logs (30+ min) take 10–15 s to decode. That's your browser doing the whole thing locally — let it cook.
