Tool to create and visualise triangular meshes from atomic coordinates
The script reads in an XYZ format atomic coordinate file and outputs a OBJ format object file that can be imported into common rendering packages. The connectivity and covalent bonding is determined with the min_bond and max_bond parameters specifieid at the start of the script.
