Added live bookmark monitor support.

Go to Settings → Bookmark, select the bookmark you want to monitor, then press + to monitor the memory live while you play.

Press the Home button or the overlay hotkey to exit monitor mode. Press the overlay hotkey again to bring up the overlay.
Fixed a memory leak bug introduced in the last release.
