UI tweak

Redo how outline works.
Outline mode is default when available (Outline mode is available if the file has at lease two outlines).
Outline mode toggle is now automatic.

Added option to not show key hints, use ZL+minus in "Setting" to toggle.

Re arrange the columns positions.
