Adds TonBackButton (Material IconButton + auto-mirrored arrow, brand-blue tint), with the ArrowBack vector inlined so the designsystem module doesn't need to depend on material-icons-core. Replaces TonNavbarActionButton on RevealSeedPhrase, ImportWallet, and AllAssets sub-screens.
