[Schemes] Standardize and improve existing schemes diagrams

Problem

• Diagram semantics are unclear (arrows/boxes not defined).
• Several steps are missing or incomplete.
• Layout + shapes + colors are inconsistent across documents.
• Diagrams are hard to read in dark mode.

What is needed

• Confirm the intended meaning of each element (arrows, nodes, steps).
• Validate corrections for these diagrams with technical reviewers.
• Approve a consistent style (shapes, arrows, spacing, labels).
• After approval, replace the existing diagrams with the standardized versions.

Starting with the following first 3 diagrams

Hmmm, Can you please share an example or idea of a gif you have in mind since the catchain visualiser type of diagram is not what you want. A bit more context will help me in creating the type of gif we want @Shvandre
