[Ecosystem > TMA] Add dev workflow pages (test env, debugging, app link) #2004
Description
TON docs don't explain how to set up, test, and debug a Mini App during development.
This should be added:
- New "Test environment" page: what the test env is, how it differs from production, creating and linking test accounts per platform
- New "Debugging" page: enabling WebView debug on all platforms, plus Eruda as a fallback
- New "Getting app link" page: registering bot and Mini App in BotFather, local/tunneled/production links, setting the URL
