MyLocalTon should be somewhere else, as it is tool for developers, not node operators

Probably we need structure like this:

Overview:

• diagram which describes all relations between liteserver, fullnode, archive node, validator, nominator, collator, etc.
• who needs a full node (usecases, etc.) - and why people might not need their own node (refer to existing public liteservers / APIs doc, provide rationale on using own full node vs third-party infrastructure)

Installation & usage guide:

• How to install full node using mytonctrl
• How to turn full node into archive node
• How to enable validator mode for full node
• How to turn validator into nominator pool
• Mytonctrl manual

Also it would be nice to provide automated ways to deploy full nodes (dockers, cloud-configs or even one-click deploy buttons) to simplify user experience.
