• Fix: parseTonAddress / sameTonAddress now explicitly normalise to bounceable EQ-form ({ bounceable: true }) — behaviour is now correct regardless of @ton/core version

• Fix formatDecimal test expectation — trailing zeros are intentionally stripped by default (minimumFractionDigits: 0)
