basically ported features of pi-goal and pi-goal-x to the maki plugin system.

definitely not totally polished (some UI elements render as transient status messages instead of proper popups, among other issues and bugs making the UX cumbersome for now), but still somehow useful... I'm still test-driving it to figure out if it's worth pursuing.
