Run of the Week #1: deterministic synthetic Market Replay

TraceArena's first public Run of the Week is a deterministic, synthetic Market Replay.

The run demonstrates the auditable path:

ReplayProvider → ActionPack → WorldAction → WorldEvent
              → ExternalObservation → SettlementRecord → deterministic replay

It is intentionally synthetic and educational. It is not a public financial dataset, does not call an LLM or MCP server, does not connect to a brokerage, and does not imply future returns. The fixture is marked internal_synthetic_pending_approval; contributors should help us improve provenance and scenario-pack boundaries before adding new public fixtures.
