First 10 TraceArena runs: help us measure time-to-value

We are opening a small, public adoption loop for TraceArena / AI World.

The first 10 people who run the no-key Market Replay or the live demo can help us answer one practical question: can a new developer reach a verifiable world result quickly, understand the trace, and see why this is useful for agent evaluation and training data?

How to participate

1. Run the one-command Quickstart, or open the live demo.
2. Record roughly how long it took to reach the first visible result.
3. Submit the short first-run feedback form.
4. If you want to build a domain world, propose a scenario pack through Issue #2.

What we are measuring

• time from README/demo to first result;
• where a first-time user gets stuck;
• whether the evidence, actions, settlement, and replay are understandable;
• the next feature or scenario that would make you return.

This is not a support contract and no credentials, customer data, private run archives, or API keys should be posted. For a bounded enterprise evaluation, use the pilot request form.
