Hey Tony! I'm curious if you have documented the PowerAutomate flow for pulling the reports from your email or have anything you can share? I'm relatively new to PowerAutomate but would love to be able to automate the workflow of grabbing these mSCP reports.

I don't one documented simply because the Power Automate flow is all hosted within my client's environment. I can try my best to provide a text-based writeup but I know images really help serve this example far more. It's also why I wrote 2.1 of this script to not rely so much on needing the Power Automate flow.

But here is my setup for Power Automate so that my weekly reporting is stored in shareable folders.
Part One: Configure Your Jamf Pro Reporting

• Setup your recurring reporting within Jamf Pro to be sent to your email, or a shared inbox.
• Within Outlook (online), I have a rule to automatically move the messages to a dedicated "Jamf Reports" folder. Highly recommend considering I don't read the reports out of my email.

Part Two: Set Up A Shared Folder or Sharepoint Site or Teams Channel

• I have a Team within Teams, and in that Team I have a channel called "Jamf Reports".
• This channel, I forward all of my reports into, not just mSCP based reports, but for the sake of this example, just assume it's solely for storing mSCP reporting.

Part Three: Power Automate
In power Automate I have a single flow (it's actually two... but again, assume the channel is solely for a singular report).

When a new email arrives (V3)

Current Time
--- No additional information is needed for this step. You will be able to use the output in subsequent steps.

Convert time zone

That flow takes the Jamf Report from my email, renames it so that the filename has a timestamp, and puts it into a shared teams folder for the entire team to have access to.
I think run the mSCP trend script against the shared teams folder to generate the monthly reporting.
