Emittance (https://daisy-frost-raven-spruce.grok.me/) is the incomplete web
configurator of what we don't have, using everything we do. It is the
base for the Obsidian plugin, not a second UI to restyle.

constraint-preserving transform is the mechanism. |α|²+|β|²=1 ≅ α+ω=15.
