Kotlin Compile Testing & kotlin 2.2.0 - fix version mismatch for KAPT/KSP

kotlin 2.2.0 (via parent 2025.6.1) introduced a known "bug": toolisticon/maven-parent-kotlin-base#182
and the future of the used compile test lib is unclear ZacSweers/kotlin-compile-testing#340

So we need a 2.2.0 compatible solution for testing
