Updated widget to 1.show member's registration status (different views for unregistered/registered views) 2.allow registration for the program
Incorporated identity storage changes in dashboard. It allowed to make user id dynamic instead of hardcoding. Removed hard coding for swift program id.
Fixed loading issue when user is not registered for the program.
Included design challenge output (badges) for showing the user's program status.

Initial implementation for demo purposes. It would need cleanup in design, maybe using some designer's help to improve the UI of the widget.
