[$100] Project tags must be clickable and used as search term.

Expected behavior

When I click on a project reference code, the system would populate the value in the search field and I'll see all projects by the same tag. Similar to the technology tag behavior on Topcoder project listing (http://community-app.topcoder.com/challenges?filter[tags][0]=ReactJS). The difference is that the tags are not applied as filters, but search.

Actual behavior

The tag is not clickable.

@gondzo @vic-topcoder does the API actually search the ref code field?

I've made the ref codes clickable and they apply the keyword to the search query but the results do not contain any project with that ref code.

Hmmm... I thought the do. We should - ref. codes are very important in certain cases, so they MUST be searchable. I'll open another issue for this to further verify/fix. Thanks @ThomasKranitsas

We support filtering only by ['id', 'status', 'type', 'memberOnly', 'keyword'], and keyword will filter by ['name', 'description', 'type']
