Project status notifications

Please control all project status notifications as a single switch on the notification settings. Right now we have individual switches for all statuses.

The same applies for member joining and leaving project
Current screen is too granular and really hard to use.

Expected categories:

1. New posts and replies (all post related notifications on/off)
2. Project status changes (all project status notifications on/off)
3. Project specification changes
4. File uploads
5. New project links
6. Team changes (all team member notifications on/off)
