[$50] Card View-> Cancel button navigates user to project page

Reproduction Steps

1. Login to https://connect.topcoder-dev.com/ using pshah_manager / topcoder123
2. Select Card view
3. On any card
4. Select Project status as Cancelled from drop-down list
5. Click Cancel

Expected Result

User stays on the same page and should be able to select any other Project status

Actual Result

User is navigated to Project page which was https://connect.topcoder-dev.com/projects/2071/
