[$30] Admin is seeing remove icon twice if he is owner of project as well

Reproduction Steps

1. Login to https://connect.topcoder-dev.com/ using pshah_customer/topcoder123
2. Navigate to Any project and add pat_monahan as member
3. Now make pat_monahan as owner
4. Logout
5. Login to https://connect.topcoder-dev.com/ using pat_monahan/topcoder123!
6. Navigate to project for which admin or pat_monahan is owner
   7 Hover mouse over member in project team section(please add member if not present.)

Expected Result

Admin should see only 1 remove icon

Actual Result

Admin see 2 remove icons for the project only where Admin is owner as well.

It's because you are logged in as customer who is owner and trying to delete admin.
But
I'm logged in as admin who is owner as well and deleting customer.
