[Edit porject] - keep the footer options on the same part of page

Expected behavior

• Keep the footer options on the same part of page.

Actual behavior

• Footer link options About | Contact | Help | Privacy | Terms are displayed on the right and left.

Steps to reproduce the problem

• Login into application as manager.
• In Dashboard section observe the footer options are set on the right,
• Edit any project.
• Observe the link options.
