[$35] Correctly handle selected design link's background colour

When an additional design is selected, removing one of the first 3 placements keeps the selected state (blue) of the previously "additional" element

Steps to reproduce

1. Select top 3 designs
2. Select an additional design
3. Unselect any one from the top 3 designs
4. Check the background colour of previously selected additional design, it's still blue which it should not be.
