Dev Tools on Chrome is extremely slow when exploring style of elements

Currently, if we open Dev Tools in Chrome and try to explore styles of some DOM element it would be extremely slow and almost unusable even when page is very simple, see demo video https://monosnap.com/file/XioCK0r1F6oxEEvLnvgW11XTC91IlC

Note, in FireFox Dev Tools work much faster, just a little bit slow.

It's fixed in dev branch now, commit 3aa75ea

After the fix Dev Tools in Chrome work just a little bit slow on a heavy page, but already normal https://monosnap.com/file/1G8STdKFCOHwLloXKnulVlQHv1m1AU

Note, reasons for this was that file _variables.scss imported ~tc-ui/src/styles/tc-styles which contains some reset styles for html tags. _variables.scss is imported a lot of times in the connect-app and every time we imported it ~tc-ui/src/styles/tc-styles was included again.
Instead _variables.scss has to import ~tc-ui/src/styles/tc-includes which contains only mixins and variables, thus we don't reapeat the same style again and again.
