Remove copilot from Direct project when leave Connect project

Expected behavior

When copilot is removed from a team of some project in the Connect, it should be removed from the project in Direct.

Actual behavior

When copilot joining the project team to review project specifications and after the copilot is being removed from the team, he still stays in the Direct project and participates in all related challenges as the observer.

Steps to reproduce the problem

• Join some project team as a copilot in Connect app
• As a copilot you would be added to the Direct project
• Leave or be removed from the Connect app project
• Still have access to the direct project

Note, I'm not sure if there could be side effects:

• we for sure can remove copilot from the direct project if he didn't do any job for it and only reviewed the spec
• I'm not sure if we can remove copilot from the direct project if he run some challenges and after was removed.
