Approval workflow for when CPs/Managers invite a CP

Copilots and Managers should be able to invite a Copilot to a project, but this invitation's process should operate as follows:

• A CP/Manager invites a Copilot to a project
• The inviter CP/Manager receives a notification that the invitation has been sent to the CP Assignment Manager for review
• The CP Assignment Manager receives notification of the request and reviews the request
  • If the CP Assignment Manager approves the assignment of the Copilot, the Copilot should be added immediately to the project. The original inviter of the Copilot should also receive notification that the invited Copilot's assignment has been confirmed.
  • If the CP Assignment Manager denies the assignment of the Copilot, the invitation is cancelled and the original inviter of the Copilot receives notification that the request has been denied and to contact Connect Copilot Managers.
