User is unable to deselect specific options in tiled radio group type question

Expected behavior

User should be able to select only one value from the options which means once user choose a value, previous value should be deselected.

Actual behavior

It is selecting new value but not letting the previous one unselected for certain options.

Steps to reproduce the problem

• Open https://connect.topcoder-dev.com/new-project/real-world-testing
• Try to select Unstructured from the options of the question titled What kind of crowd testing are you interested in?
• Notice that it automatically selects the Structured option as well
• There is no way now to select only Unstructured option. If user select the third option Do not know, it deselects the Structured option now.
