Not able to join a project as an Observer being a Connect Manager

1. Login as Connect Manager topcoderconnect+CopilotManager@gmail.com in Test Environment
2. Try to join any project as an Observer and check

Actual:
It is throwing the below error when trying to join a project as an observer, being a Connect Manager.

Because we don't have Observer user role, practically Observer role in project is not usable. So, we have two options:

1. Remove the Observer option from the dropdown (makes more sense to me)
2. Allow the users with roles Connect Copilot Manager or admins to be able to join this Observer role.

@nithyaasworld I think you meant Copilot Manager instead of Connect manager. Please confirm if so.
