When notifications are turned on, it shows old notifications as well

1. Disable the notifications in settings
2. Enable the notification after some days

Actual:
Currently user is receiving a bunch of old notifications as soon as the notifications are enabled in settings.

Expected:
Expecting the user to receive only the notifications that are created after the notifications are enabled.
