User is able to add/edit/delete the information for the completed Projects .

Expected behavior

User should not be able to add/delete/edit the information/message for the already completed projects.
Note : This will lead to the conflicting situation later.

Actual behavior

User is able to change/edit/add the information like Messages/Assets in the completed projects..

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Login as any user.
2. Go to the Main Page >> header tabs.
3. Click on Completed tab of the Project Grid view.
4. Choose any project from the completed list.
5. Try editing/adding info under Messages, Assets Library section of the completed project.

We are aware of this fact and we didn't do anything in this direction yet as we don't have concrete requirements and flows which are needed in case we start preventing changes in completed projects.

Moving to backlog for now.
