User can't change the project staus if they are in grid view

Expected behavior

• User should be able to change the project status in grid view also

Actual behavior

• User can't change the project status if they are in grid view

Steps to reproduce the problem

• Login as Copilot
• In the project listing page; check for a project that can change the project status
• Switch to Grid View
• Now check the same project and try to change the status

THanks @codejamtc for reporting, however, it was as designed, Card View was never designed to allow status changes as it was mainly aimed for customers. I am marking it as won't fix for now, we can pick it later.

Update: Instead of marking it as won't fix, I just moved it to Backlog for now.
