Long name/label tooltips are not visible #4039
Description
Expected behavior
- Should be displayed when user hover over a label or field
Actual behavior
- Long name/label tooltips are not visible
Steps to reproduce the problem
- Login as Manager
- Go to Project listing
- Click '+ New Project' > Solutions > Quality Assurance > Acceptance/Beta Testing > Select
- Fill mandatory data and go to the last step
- Hover over the fields
