Expected behavior
- User should be able to open a message
Actual behavior
- Can't see the default text 'mm/dd/yyyy' and date time picker
Steps to reproduce the problem
- Login as Manager
- Go to Project listing
- Click on a project - https://connect.topcoder-dev.com/projects/9074
- Go to 'Assets Library' > Files
- Click on the 'Date' column
