Expected behavior
- Should display the text in multiple lines
Actual behavior
- If user hover over a phase card with a long name; text goes out of the border
Steps to reproduce the problem
- Login as Manager
- Go to Project listing
- Click on a project - https://connect.topcoder-dev.com/projects/9074
- Click 'Add New Phases'
- Hover over the 'Development Iteration (3 Milestones)' in Development
