Followed links -- need a better color

Expected behavior

Read messages on Connect, and view links I've seen before so they stand out

Actual behavior

Once clicked, the link turns to look the same as any other text

Steps to reproduce the problem

• Log into a project
• Click on coder's message to view the note about specifications
• Click on specification
• Reload the project message board, the specification link is plain colored now (see screenshot)
