'Submit for Review' button should be disabled there is validation error in 'App Screens' section

Expected behavior

The concerned button should be disabled (provided all details in Definition section are filled) when there exists at least one screen which is not properly filled.

Actual behavior

The button is enabled when user adds a new empty screen

Steps to reproduce the problem

• Create/Open a project (which has AVD or Wireframes as product type)
• Go to specification page
• Fill all required information in Definition section
• Notice that the 'Submit for Review' button is enabled now
• Add new screen in 'App Screens' section.
• Notice the 'Submit for Review' button is still enabled
