• Click 'Start a Project'
• Hover over a item and observe the button 'Create Project'

Actual Result(s)

• 'Create Project' button is not center aligned when hovering in the New Project page in iE11

Expected Result(s)

• Must display the 'Create Project' button center aligned when hovering in new project page
