Project Name field causes layout issue #979
Description
Steps to reproduce the problem
Go to https://connect.topcoder-dev.com
Click Start a project
Select any project type
In the Project Name field type as many characters as you can
Expected behavior
Project Name field should have a character limit or at least a proper adjusting to maintain proper layout.
Actual behavior
Filling the Project Name field with many characters causes layout issue.
