Found quite good and quick fix for issue #2185 regarding slow typing in the topics, which could be applied as a hotfix.
So far I've created a hotfix against DEV branch. If you think it worth and safe to apply to PROD, I'll create another one.
The main intention with a hotfix is to get feedback if the solution is fast and comfortable enough or should we make bigger changes to speed up typing more.
