@parthshah fyi, please let me know if we need to make any other change to achieve the functionality. I have tested these changes on my local with vbailey user (I have added
administratorrole to the user apart fromcopilotrole which she already had) and now I am able to see all projects and able to join them as Manager.cc: @fnisen
