Unable to assign member in Direct task when assigned group is "Wipro-All"

steps to reproduce:

1. Login Direct and open a project.
2. Click on "gameplan" and select "new challenge" option.
3. Fill the required fields.
4. Select "Wipro-All" in the group filed.
5. When a user tries to add a user to the task using the member search lookup field (Assign Members), it is giving an error " statement length exceeds maximum".

Please fix the issue. I have attached the error screenshot and exception details below.

Likely Reason:
We had few members to every group, to ensure they are able to troubleshoot issues. Its likely that some the members belong to large number of group, causing the query to shoot the limit.

@JayaDhaka @RiteshTC @ajefts how many group members in Wipro-All? this looks like related to query SELECT user_id, handle FROM user WHERE user_id in (xxx), and probably the user ids list too big?

@skyhit There are there many, many...and it will keep growing. We need another way to query other than putting the list of user_id's in there. Can we do something like:

select user_id, handle from user where user_id in (select user_id from user_group_xref and group_id = 2000000)

We'll need to resolve this one quickly.

@ajefts the question is for group members (which is retrieved by using the groups api) is not stored in that table anymore, am I right?

It would be better if group api return id and handle consecutively, so need to query user handle on other end. If it can't , we can split out the query

@skyhit informix max sql statement is 32000 chars, so we can execute query get user handle -maybe- by 1000 ids to make it safe. (type of decimal(10,0) means max length is 10, didn't it?)
