Update LOCAL_SETUP to show correct git clone path.

Hi, I made a small change to LOCAL_SETUP.md to show correct git clone path.
I also realized branch base_docker_image_for_direct_app_local_setup no longer exists, so I removed it from LOCAL_SETUP as well.

@skyhit By the way, unrelated to this PR, but I have a quick question.
I've set up local docker instance, and I can navgiate through UI fine ( https://cockpit.cloud.topcoder.com/direct/ ).

I am trying to access Informix from my local laptop ( outside of docker container ). I am having trouble finding the below information

• informix ip ( I assume it is 192.168.99.100 )
• informix port
• database server / database name

All I have for now is username/password. I can access Informix by attaching to infomix docker instance but can't access it outside of docker environment. Is there a specific setting change I need to make to do so?

@TurtleShip based on your context, I am assuming you are using Windows or Mac OS,

1. Are you using ServerStudio to connect?
2. the informix port is 2021
3. if the port can not be access, you may need to open it in VirtualBox for default machine.

I am using MacOS.
I am using DBschema to try connecting to it ( with no luck so far ). If ServerStudio is a better fit, I can give it a shot,
