Show count of users' posts

Can we show a count of how many posts the user has made on Vanilla Forums? Waiting on design

@Oanh-and-only-Oanh - Potentially. I'm not sure if we'd want to show this everywhere or only on certain pages, and we'll have to evaluate to make sure that it doesn't affect performance. But, this information is available in the admin dashboard, so hopefully we can just re-use the numbers / query that the admin piece is using.
